Sy-Klone has the ability to transform himself into a human tornado. By spinning just his arms he is able to levitate from the ground and remain in the air. Alternatively he can spin his arms to create a powerful wind force. Upon reaching maximum speed Sy-Klone can turn all of his body into a tornado. Sy-Klone always has complete control of his spinning abilities, and can fight during this time earning him the title of the "fist-flinging tornado".
