He was born with a powerful mind, but he never even considered using it for the good of his country. He was a corrupt doctor, a thief and a spy. He was all these things, but he wanted to be more - more powerful and more evil.
And so Dr. Hyde set out to master the science of cybernetics-surgical techniques to improve on the human body. His new skills succeeded in giving him great strength, but failed by transforming his appearance for the worse (to say the least). He hides under a light-up helmet he designed to improve his vision and shield his face from the eyes of the human race he has turned against. He travels with his cybernetic henchman X-Ray, another surgically altered misfit who shares Dr. Hyde's hatred for the normal world.
Together they are the evil cybernetic warriors of S.A.V.A.G.E. - using science to help General Warhawk conquer the world!
