T-bob:

Scott Trakker:
"You didn't look where you're going."
Matt Trakker:
"Hold it you two! Always have your fire route mapped out in advance, know where the exits are and have a rope or chain ladder ready if you are on the second floor."
Scott Trakker:
"Right, dad. Knowing your escape route is like having built-in fire assurance."
