A corrupt landowner hires VENOM to destroy land in Acapulco, Mexico, rendering them worthless patches of desert so he can buy it up real cheap and restore the land later with an advanced hydration machine.


Matt Trakker:
"What are you going to do with your allowance, Scott?"
Scott Trakker:
"I'm going to buy some firecrackers from Tommy. We are going to blow up some of his toy cars."
Matt Trakker:
"Scott! No!! Firecrackers are dangerous, they aren't toys. Every year many kids are badly hurt playing with them. They should only be handled by experienced adults."
