Bowena is a member of the Tree People of the Crystal Forest. She is the primary bodyguard of the Starchild, and protects the young girl from those wishing to capitalize on her potential power. Bowena is a very capable and brave warrior, speaks in a mature, somewhat impatient manner, but is hot-headed. At all times she carries with her an exquisite longbow and quiver of trick arrows, and her accuracy with these is without equal.
