While attending Oktoberfest in Munich, Rambo's team discover a plot by General Warhawk and his ally Iron Mask to steal a recently located old warplane containing a fortune of gold. Rambo encounters a boy named Hors who got amnesia when he learns of General Warhawk's plot and Iron Mask's true identity.
