Mad Dog travels in and out of the world's urban centers, spreading terror and disbelief wherever he goes. He started his criminal career at the age of 14 by stealing his first motorcycle. Since then he's stolen 28 bikes and spent time in jail for each crime.
Mad Dog is a total barbarian. Sometimes he gets so angry, he even foams at the mouth! His allegiance to General Warhawk is questionable, but the General likes his outrageous style anyway.
Mad Dog leads a pack of S.A.V.A.G.E. Strike Bikers. They live in vacant, condemned buildings and travel throughout an urban network of sewers, fire escapes and rooftops. When they need to hide out, they just drop down the nearest manhole. Mad Dog is a creature of the city, and he won't rest until every street is paved with terror!
