The deceitful Havoc is loyal to no man, except the scheming General Warhawk, leader of the world-wide terrorist group known as S.A.V.A.G.E. Like the rebellious army he belongs to, Sergeant Havoc can call no country his home. His past as a drill sergeant-turned-spy and his current allegiance to the evil General Warhawk have gained Havoc the reputation of an international criminal.
Each time Havoc and Rambo have clashed, the contest has been a rippling muscle match. Havoc boasts that he can beat any man, but Rambo has always mailed Havoc back to the General, postage due!
As S.A.V.A.G.E. prepares to mount its next assault, Sergeant Havoc is more determined than ever to destroy the one man who stands in the way - Rambo!
